Triana Wedemeyer with Tyson and Roscoe
Triana is the Practice Manager here at hospital and handles all aspects of operations. She is certified as a Registered Veterinary Technician and also works as a nurse and trainer. Triana has been a part of SCVH since 1997. She says "I love my job and where I work"
Triana was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Woodland Hills. She graduated from Louisville High School in Woodland Hills.
Triana was recently married to Tim and they have a daughter, Jocelynn born November 9th, 2010. Triana has three cats Whitney, Meela, and Sockie and two dogs Tyson and Roscoe. She spends her off time relaxing with her new daughter, her husband, family, and friends.
Melissa Cuellar and Lucy
Melissa works as a receptionist part time and is part owner of SCVH. She has been at SCVH since hospital was purchased in June of 2005 and has helped create the family business. Her favorite part of the business is "to see pets get better".
Melissa was born in Anaheim, grew up in California, and went to school in Louisiana where she graduated from high school. She attended Nicholls State in Louisiana and UCSB plus CSUN in California. Lately, she attended College of the Canyons for a degree in photography. She is the hospital photographer and is responsible for all the pictures in this website and in the hospital. She is married and has three children Jonathan born in 1988, Alison born in 1990, and Brenna born in 1997. She also has many pets that she loves. Lucy, pictured here, is a French Bulldog. There is also Abby, an English Pointer. Sadie, a German Shorthair, Silas a Shiloh Shepherd, a black cat named Mikko, and Timmy the tortoise.
Melissa spends her time raising three active children and all that goes into it. She is an accomplished photographer and continues to that as a hobby. She also likes to "run" with the dogs.
Lisa Fuentes and Leah
Lisa has been a receptionist since late 2009 and works here because "I love working with dogs and cats every day". She would eventually like become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Lisa was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada before coming back to the valley for high school. She graduated from Cleveland High School in Reseda.
Lisa has a daughter, Nayeli, born in 2008. Her pets include a Wire Haired Dachshund, Leah, and a two year old Blue Nose Fawn, Muneca. Her hobby is fishing so when she is not at SCVH you will find her camping, fishing, or hiking but always enjoying "good food".

Stacey Mountain and Bailey
Stacey has been a receptionist since late 2007 and works here because "I love the atmosphere, clients, and coworkers; everyone treats everyone with respect. I love working here." She would eventually like to work with exotic animals and marine life. Stacey is currently in school to become an RVT.
Stacey was born in Minnesota and lived there for a time before living in several areas in southern California. She graduated from Reseda High School. Stacey sees her "children" as her dogs Bailey a seven year old Papillon and Nalu a three year old Papillon mix.
Stacey loves the outdoors and gravitates toward horseback riding, volleyball, and hiking. While not at work "I like to have fun and be spontaneous. I'd rather live my life to the fullest."

McCall Cannon with Lilly, Pico, Peter, Zara, and Kobayashi
McCall is a receptionist since 2007 and enjoys "the experience with animals and the great co-workers" at SCVH. She is currently enrolled in classes and working hard to do the only thing she has ever wanted and that is to become a veterinarian.
McCall was born in Redwood City and grew up in Sacramento graduating from Mesa Verde High school in Citrus Heights. When asked how long she has lived in California she replied "22 years, 9 months, and 29 days." McCall is very active in canine rescue and has 4 dogs: Lilly, a four year old Aussie Shepherd mix, Pico, a one and a half year old Chihuahua, Peter, a one and a half year old German Shepherd mix, and Zara, a one year old Pit Bull.
McCall describes her hobbies as dancing, swimming, eating and eating. While not at work she enjoys "eating, going to the beach, dance classes, and eating!"

Carol Lapin, Kobe, and Maggie
Carol works in the front as she "loves working around animals". She and her husband Herb "have adopted numerous dogs and cats over the years". She has been at SCVH since 1979 and "has worked in the front office full time, managed the practice over the years and now works part time"
Carol was raised in the Cincinnati area and graduated from North College Hill High School. She worked in the central accounting office for Proctor and Gamble before taking a position with American Airlines. She graduated from their flight attendant college (she says they called themselves "stewardesses" then) and eventually made it to Los Angeles.
A flight attendant introduced her to Herb and they have been married 42 years. She has a daughter Laura and grandson Cole. She also has an extended family of children Suzanne and Steve with grandchildren Ben, Pamela, and Samantha. She has a 19-year old cat named Teddy and Maggie their standard poodle that they adopted and nursed back to health. She says that Maggie is "just a love!"

Crystal Roberts with Briar, Zoe, and Rosie
Crystal started as a volunteer and now works full time two days in reception and three days in pet care. She spends her time here divided between helping clients, assisting veterinarians, and doing a lot of bathing. Crystal's ambition and goal is to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and a Certified Animal Rehabilitation Assistant.
Crystal was born in West Hills and has lived in California all her life. She attended Taft High School and Pierce Community College. She has a variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, and tortoises. Pictured with her are 3 year old Zoe, 2 year old Briar, and 1 year old Rosie. She has one cat named Kitten. She also has two parrots one is named Big Bird and the other is Cody.
She feels like this is a second family more than just a place to work and she enjoys a variety of hobbies including hiking, horseback riding, and reading. The best though is long walks on the beach with the dogs

Alison Cuellar and Kit Kat
Alison "Ali" works as a receptionist part time. She has been at SCVH since November of 2009 and is a part of the family business.
Ali was born and lives in Valencia, California. She graduated from The Academy of the Canyons after attending both Hart and West Ranch High Schools in Santa Clarita.
Ali is transferring from College of the Canyons to Cal Poly Pomona in 2011 to continue her studies in psychology. She has a 10 year old cat, Kit Kat that she inherited from her grandfather last year. In her spare time she reads and knits. She is quite the accomplished knitter.
Areka Abrazian, RVT and Nala
Areka is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has worked at SCVH since 2000. She likes the "friendships" she has developed with staff and clients here at the hospital.
Areka was born and grew up in France and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. She graduated from Granada Hills High School in 1999.
Areka continues to expand her entrepreneurial spirit and now has her own home nursing business. More information can be found on her website www.homepetnurse.com
One of her favorite things to do is have fun with friends after work.
Areka has two cats and one dog: Nunush, Dougie, and Daisy Belle. She also has a Milk Snake named Bubba. She is proud of the fact that "they are all girls".
Cesar Molina and Dylan
Cesar works as a veterinary assistant to the doctors in the practice. He is very good with patient care, emergencies, and surgery. He has been at SCVH since 2005 and says "the doctors are amazing and I like to learn all I can. My coworkers are great". Cesar takes pride in being the jokester of the group.
Cesar was born in Los Angeles but grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada before coming back to the valley for high school. He graduated from Cleveland High School in Reseda. He plans on being a registered veterinary technician in the short run and a veterinarian in the long run.
He has two children, Julien, born in 2006 and Andrea born in 2010. Cesar also has one dog, Dylan, Kody a 25 year old bird, and one cat Max.
When not at work Cesar enjoys spending time with family and playing with his son. His hobbies include soccer and fishing and he and Vo are always planning their next soccer match or their next fishing trip.

Vo Woldanski with Freeway and Trouble
Vo is a Registered Veterinary Technician and passed his licensing exam in 2010 and has been here since 2006. He is also relied upon to be "Mr. Fix-it" in the hospital. He says that "playing with animals" keeps him motivated and working at SCVH. His goal is to someday work with big cats or African Wildlife.
Vo was born in Poland and spent his youth there before moving to Beverly Hills and graduating from Beverly Hills High School. Vo does not have kids and says that allows for "a stress free life". He spends most of his time with his two pit bulls, Trouble and Dexter.
Vo enjoys playing league soccer, taking fishing trips out of Oxnard and camping. When not at work he is "riding my Harley".

Jose Gascot and Venice
Jose works as a veterinary assistant. He grew up in Bayamon, Puerto Rico where he attended high school at the American School and has been in California for 10 years.
Jose started working here in November of 2009 and states that his work involves a combination of healthcare, animals, and music. What he like most about working here is the attitude of "animals first".
Jose has two large mixed breed dogs Venice and Luna. Jose life revolves around "playing music, surfing, and bike riding with T.V in between"

Monica Estrada and Missy
Monica works as a veterinary assistant. She has lived in California all her life and right here in the San Fernando Valley. She is a self-described true "valley girl" and graduated from Cleveland Magnet in 2002.
Monica started working here in August of 2010 and loves the fact that every day is never the same. She likes the family feel and how welcoming it is. Monica has one dog, Cobe, and two cats, Missy and Tiger.
Monica has an adventurous side and loves to try new things even if only once. She wants to explore the world to see what is out there. For now though in her off time she hangs out with friends and likes to go to comedy shows and sporting events. Her favorite team-The Lakers!

Lisa W and Kaylee
Lisa works as an assistant to the technicians and doctors doing a variety of procedures. She has been here since 2007. She says that "great co-workers and doctors and seeing the animals get better" are what she enjoys most.
Lisa was born, grew up, and went to high school in Japan and has made California her home for the last 10 years. She and her husband live in Valley Glenn and have 'pet' children. She has two cats Pete, 15 years old and Kaylee three year old.
In her spare time, when not watching movies, she enjoys swimming, yoga, gardening, and cooking.

Walter Rivas and Sasha
Walter is a pet care specialist and cares for, feeds, and bathes all our guests. He has been at SCVH since December of 2010 and says it is "the best months he has had working at a vet hospital, everyone is so nice".
Walter was born in El Salvador and went to Birmingham High School. He has lived in California for 25 years and still "loving it, the weather and the people". Walter is pictured with his 8month old Great Dane. He also has a three year old pitbull, Rocky, a four year old pitbull, Jade, and "lizards, birds, a sand turtle, and a frill dragon".
Walter is a huge Raven's football fan and enjoys all sports, dancing, working out, heading to the beach, and listening to music.
